4-H PINK LADIES RIDING PERFORMANCE TEAM

The Pink Ladies Riding Performance Team are members of the Round Valley Riders 4H Horse Club here in Hunterdon County! This team was formed 11 years ago when one of the mom’s in the club was diagnosed with breast cancer. The club members felt they needed to help more and decided to form a riding team that would raise awareness and money for breast cancer patients. With the help of their coach, Chelsie Malavasi, the Pink Ladies Riding Team turned their passion for riding into something amazing to help others in need.

The team members practice from April to August and perform all week during the Hunterdon County 4H & Agricultural Fair. The members speak at public events about their cause & have participated in local parades, the Warren Co. Fair & the Sussex Co. Fair.

This team has raised and donated over $20,000 to various breast cancer organizations to help defray the costs of patient’s expenses.
