Bring your best game (and St. Louis style pork ribs) for the Warren County Farmers' Fair BBQ Ribs cook off. Setup is between 8-9 am, followed by meat inspection. Then you may begin your BBQ'ing. (Ribs must be in unopened, original vacuum-sealed packaging and will be inspected by the Health Department Inspector prior to being cooked at the fairgrounds.)
Eight Ribs, cut with bone in shall be turned in to a team of judges. Your ribs will be judged on appearance, flavor, texture and tenderness.
